A great start to your day! With no added sugar, this blueberry smoothie couldn't be easier to make.
Healthy Blueberry Banana Breakfast Smoothie
- 1 whole banana
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup oats
- (optional: shot of espresso)
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add more milk for a thinner smoothie. Add more oats for a thicker one.
