A great start to your day! With no added sugar, this blueberry smoothie couldn't be easier to make.

Healthy Blueberry Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 1 whole banana 
  • 1 1/2 cup milk 
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • (optional: shot of espresso)

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 
  2. Add more milk for a thinner smoothie. Add more oats for a thicker one.
