These are GREAT for microwave use.  Place your bowl inside the Cozy Bowl and put inside the microwave. Cook/reheat and when it is ready to be taken out, grab the end of the Cozy Bowls for easy removable.  No more burned fingers and potholders that get messed up trying to get the hot bowl out.  I just love these things.  And they are washable.  They make great gifts for brides, birthdays, just anytime.  Get several for yourself.  You won't regret it!
